Chris grew up on job sites, where he learned the value of hard work and craftsmanship at an early age. After earning a Marketing degree with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from LSU, he began his career with Ron Lee Homes before moving into the plumbing and building supply industry. There, he gained leadership experience overseeing builder sales and showrooms across Louisiana and Mississippi. In 2024, Chris returned to the family business to help guide its next chapter and carry forward the legacy his parents began.
For Chris and Heather, homebuilding is more than a career—it’s a calling to serve others. Chris oversees the technical side of construction, making sure each detail is sound, while Heather brings vision and creativity to design. Their shared purpose is to build homes that are not only functional and beautiful but also rooted in faith and meant to bless the families who live in them.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, motorsports, and hands-on craftsmanship. Above all, he treasures growing in his faith, leading others to Christ, and spending time with Heather and their son, Noah.
Heather Lee is a registered interior designer in the state of Louisiana with over a decade of experience in the residential home building industry. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, along with minors in Business Administration and Fine Arts. Following her studies, Heather earned her NCIDQ certification, a mark of professionalism and expertise in the field.
Since 2013, Heather has worked closely with homeowners, builders, and contractors, guiding clients through every stage of the design process—from plan development to color palettes and finish selections. She has a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating homes that are both beautiful and functional, tailored to fit each family’s lifestyle.
Heather’s career in residential construction also led her to meet her husband, Chris Lee. Together, they share a son, Noah, and enjoy spending time as a family when she isn’t helping clients bring their dream homes to life.
Stacey Marler joined Ron Lee’s team in 2022 and plays a key role in coordinating projects and supporting clients throughout the building process. With a background in Business Administration, she combines organizational expertise with a strong focus on communication to keep every detail on track.
Stacey enjoys working closely with clients and trade partners to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. The most rewarding part of her work is seeing a client’s vision transform into their dream home.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, Chris, and their two sons, Christian and Mason, who keep the family busy with sports and adventures.
As a superintendent, with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeremy enjoys watching each home take shape from the foundation to the final details. He began his career specializing in flooring and custom showers before moving into project management.
With a strong eye for detail and a passion for building, he takes pride in guiding each project from start to finish. Outside of work, Jeremy is a tech enthusiast who enjoys computers, programming, and gaming.
Ron Lee began his career in residential construction in 1991 and has been building high-quality homes ever since. As the founder of Ron Lee Homes, he built the company from the ground up alongside his wife, Nancy, over the past 34 years. Today, Ron is proud to pass the torch to their son, Chris, ensuring the family legacy continues into RLH Construction.
From the beginning, Ron has been driven by a clear philosophy: deliver the best possible home for the best possible value. Known for his honesty, passion, and hands-on approach, Ron has always gone the extra mile to provide customers with thoughtfully designed, well-built homes. For over two decades, he has been one of the few builders to personally draw custom plans in-house — a testament to his commitment to quality, detail, and originality.
Ron has never focused on being the cheapest — instead, he has always aimed to be the best “bang for the buck,” combining exceptional craftsmanship with cost-conscious planning. His goal has always been simple: to give families a beautiful, reliable home they can afford and be proud of.
When he’s not at the drawing table or walking job sites, you’ll likely find Ron hiking in the mountains or planning his next adventure outdoors — either for himself or for someone else. He’s a devoted husband, proud father, and loving grandfather who treasures time with his family above all else.
After six years in personnel and two years as the owner of Nancy’s Hallmark, Nancy made a natural transition into the homebuilding industry, joining her husband, Ron, in Ron Lee Homes. For more than 34 years, she worked alongside Ron, focusing on sales and marketing while helping build a business that has become a trusted name in the community.
Beyond her professional life, Nancy has been deeply involved in St. Tammany Parish. She served on many boards, including the Chamber of Commerce, Hope House, and Christwood Assisted Living Community, and is also a graduate of St. Tammany Leadership.
Now retired, Nancy treasures her time with her four grandchildren and enjoys hiking adventures with Ron whenever they can slip away.
